Who receives the platform payments?
The platform (e.g., Airbnb) pays directly to the property owner. Management commissions and the cleaning fee are paid at the beginning of the month after the service has been provided.

How is communication with guests handled?
Who pays the cleaning fee?
The guest pays the cleaning fee at booking, and this amount is passed on to the cleaning team at month end. It is not included in our management commission.
Our operations are focused in Lisbon and surrounding areas, but we can manage properties outside Greater Lisbon with online support (e.g, Algarve, Porto).
We manage all guest communication across platforms on behalf of the owner
How is the management commission calculated?
The commission is calculated on the total value of nightly reservations for the month, after platform fees. The calculation is based on the check‑in date.
